PRIZE- the prize is one personalized rhinestone shirt with your name or word up to 10 letters. You may pick the size. Prizes are not transferable. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

HOW TO ENTER- Entries may be only submitted directly through the customrhinestone.com website form below.

 

ELIGIBILITY- The drawing is only eligible to those who are residents of the United States, except where prohibited by law and are 18 years of age or older. The drawing is limited to one entry per household.


WINNER SELECTION- Winners will be notified by email with in 5 days of their name being randomly selected as a winner. Winners will be required to return by email their request for the free t-shirt with in 5 days of initial contact date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Custom Rhinestone Company is not responsible for late misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer or email failure. All decisions are final. By accepting the prize, winners agree that Custom Rhinestone Company shall have no liability for and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage loss or injury that may arise in whole or in  part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance/possession/use or misuse of prizes or participation in this drawing.
